Labor is going to include quite a bit. Removing the old cabinets, appliances and flooring, preparing the walls and floor for new materials, installing the new cabinets, counters and appliances, and finally, installing flooring and backsplash.
You might have one contractor do it all, or you might have a cabinet installer, a plumber nd an electrician, each hired independently. Shopping for a choosing good labot is a key part of any remodel.
For materials, your biggest cost is cabinetry, followed by appliances and countertop.
Cabinets
Cabinets brands and their costs can be estimated by cost per linear foot. Promoted prices in a showroom are rarely accurate.

$250-$400 per linear foot (assembled wood boxes)
$400 and up per linear foot (custom built)**
You can do a great kitchen with any of these. Some will be more elegant and or sturdy. The buying experience will vary as well.
Countertops
On average, expect countertops to range in price from $40 to $100 per square foot installed.
Granite $50-$250 per square foot
Tile $10-$50 per square foot
Butcher block $30-$80 per squaare foot
Solid surface (like Corian) $35-$100 per square foot
Appliances
Estimate appliances to cost about 10-15% of your budget. The range is very wide. You csn buy a refrigertor for $500 or for $5000 or more. Choose the best you can fit into a budget. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars of your labor budget for installing each new appliance.
Flooring and Backsplash
These also vary widely but expect to spend about 10% of your budget on them.
